Terms of Service

1. Seller

Space Ads Sp. z o.o., VAT ID PL5252852989, KRS 0000958316, registered at Plac Bankowy 2, 00-095 Warsaw, Poland.

2. Subject of the agreement

The Seller offers digital products (online courses, e-books, downloadable software) via the website at academy.spaceads.agency.

3. Order placement and payment

Orders are placed by completing the checkout form and paying via Stripe. The contract is concluded once the payment is captured.

4. Right of withdrawal — digital content

Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m), as transposed into Polish law via art. 38 of the Consumer Rights Act), buyers waive the right of withdrawal once the delivery of digital content begins, provided they consent at checkout. This consent is required to complete the purchase.

5. VAT invoices

A VAT invoice is issued for every order and made available in the customer panel after the payment is captured. VAT is applied per Polish and EU regulations on cross-border digital services.

6. Complaints

Send complaints to support@spaceads.agency. Resolution within 14 days.
